The current compound, site, shed and machinery will be removed in December 2024 in preparation of the summer holiday period.
Coastwide Civil will return in 2025, after the school holiday period ends to carry out further activities.

Imagine having the glorious beach just a 30 second walk from your front door step… it's possible in The Beach House! 

Please note: The Warilla Beach Seawall renewal project is ongoing. Construction machinery will be located on Warilla Beach and on the grass reserve located across the road from our house. Council has advised that works may be done: 7am to 6pm Mon-Fri, 7am to 2pm Sat. Warilla Beach and its facilities remain open. For more information from Shellharbour Council Website. Ongoing as of Feb 2024.

The amazing Warilla Beach is patrolled seven days a week for seven months of the year and is just begging for you to enjoy it. Catch an ocean breeze as you relax on the balcony or patio or simply step out the front door and in seconds you'll be touching the sand. 

This large house can sleep up to eleven adult guests (fees apply after eight guests) and is a great option for families, a group of friends or even a work retreat. The whole crew will love soaking up the incredible beach views.

* Bathroom (Full Bath with separate Shower Cubicle), Toilet
* Large Bath Towels provided. BYO Beach Towels.

Bottom Floor:
* Large Fourth Bedroom: 1 x Queen bed
* En-suite Shower and Toilet
* Laundry
* Kitchen, dining room, lounge/conference room
* Weber bbq stored in the garage so that it doesn't rust. Simply wheel it outside to use it.

Whipping up holiday meals is a breeze with a fully equipped kitchen complete with a Mixmaster, bread maker and a Weber BBQ. Gather together at the dining room table to enjoy your delicious meals and when you need some down time, the comfortable lounge room is the place to be.

If you prefer the lake life, Lake Illawarra is just around the corner (ten minute stroll away) or Little Lake (ten minute stroll in the other direction) which both have safe areas for the little ones to enjoy the water. Make sure to bring your bikes to explore the paths!
