Outdoor foldup table with two chairs. Single off-street car space at rear of building for a smaller car (not large 4wd). Plenty of street parking available at all times.

Two minute drive to centre of Warilla, short walk to the Warilla Plaza shopping centre and approx. 6 mins drive to Stocklands Shopping Centre.
